Not sure about other professions, but why does it cost so much to upgrade the damn jewelcrafting crafted gear? In just a few weeks you'll be able to pop into raid finder and pick up something better in an afternoon rather than the eternity it takes to get the savage bloods that are worth too much to waste on upgrading in the first place

And this is why I chose to focus on a tank this expansion. I love love love my druid, but it's just too silly as dps. My friend is a healer, so we mostly just sit on Skype and laugh at dps who just tunnel.

So here's something hilarious. One the train, the guys who charge the tank, you can tank them on a corner and watch them charge right into the wall...

This group finder tool is the best thing that ever happened to WoW.

PUGed 7/7 Normal Highmaul throughout the week, got purples. Don't think I've ever cleared a raid the first week it was released before in my 10 years of playing.

Now just trying to get the BoE belt from Heroic trash... lost 7 rolls so far.. RNGesus hates me.

PUGs on Normal haven't been too bad. People are still learning the fights so there is a rare tolerance for stupidity/mistakes. Shitty dps is still getting cut tho...

I finally sucked it up and ran MC today. OMG that was terrible experience.

Yeah... MC was 2.5 hours of painful.

The worst part is I replaced the flaming crown off the first drop from Kargath in Normal Highmaul.

At this point, the only reason to do MC is the core hound mount, and it's kinda annoying for a mount. Too damn big.

The only trouble I've had in a dungeon thus far was the third boss in Auchindoun. I think it was a combination of the healer standing too close to the tricksters thus getting stunned, and the dps tunneling and not going after the pyromaniacs. I was probably my fault from the beginning for tanking as a paladin and not as a warrior or dk.

I just don't like dungeons in general. Never have, really. The only time I've ever found them bearable was when I did them to help out friends from a guild. That was only due to the decent company, though. I just don't like the gameplay?

Then I sit in the dungeon queue for 40min only to be taking a fucking piss when it pops so I get sent straight to the back of the line.

If I don't get into a guild, I'll be quitting shortly.

There is room, but it's a very frustrating pace. Takes me the better part of the week to get all the bosses down in PUG Normal groups. Lots and lots of wipes. At this point though, you can tell within 1 wipe if the group is worth sticking with or bailing on.

What I'm amazed about is the number of people who still don't know how to avoid avoidable damage. Flame Pillars and Green Stuff on Kargath, Smoke and Pillars on Tectus, Mind Fungus and Moss on Brackenspore, Fires on Twins, Void Zones on Ko'ragh, Mines (i hate these fucking mines) on Mor'gok.

Every single boss fight except Butcher has avoidable damage. 90% of players don't avoid it.

I am a casual now in that I cant dedicate myself to raiding anymore. I have fun in the fact I had all 11 chars leveled to 90 and now I am leveling them all to 100 with the garrisons it makes it a little more fun. You dont even have to raid I have been getting 645 gear from garrison missions and combine that with being able to craft the gear its not so bad.

Eh I have 2 100s and the other 9 I've gotten to the 92 for the lvl 2 garrison and mine. By the time I get around to leveling them up they will all have 3 pieces of crafted gear which will be nice

Got lucky this week with PUGs and got my ilvl to 640. My DPS is pretty shite as a combat rogue, dunno if I'm bad or my class is bad. I'm usually on top of other rogues.

I was really surprised at my dps in the heroic farming - especially considering the multiple targets. I guess having the time to actually rotate targets and dot them all up with rupture makes all the difference rather than just blasting through with AoE. I suppose I'll make an honest effort to get into a raid this week since my ilvl is "decent" or at least acceptable.

Yea, I've heard mixed things about combat - some have said it's crap for single target, but some say it's even with assasination. *shrug* I have only tried combat once at lvl 100, and that was with daggers, so that I could do more AoE for a garrison invasion. It was embarrassing.

I averaged about 19-20k during that entire heroic trash run and occasionally hit 25k with multiple adds and cooldowns, but I'm not sure how that'll translate to boss fights. Assassination is super easy to play, too

Got into a PUG last night and went 6/7 in highmaul in under 3 hrs. Damn that was nice. They prob killed margok also but I had to get to sleep.

645 ilvl now and pulling 15-19k depending on the boss. Still seems low comparitively but w/e

Got my first lvl 645 garrison mission

It's a three follower/three enemy mission. Each enemy has two abilities. It looks like it generated the worst possible combo. I have no combination of followers that could come close to giving this a decent chance of success even if you ignore the level requirement. lol

Edit: My followers have never had a diverse list of abilities, but I just noticed that 50%+ have wild aggression and/or powerful spell counters. 3 have both FFS. I've only gotten one token/whatever that changes traits and that was weeks ago.
