he had been suspended numerous times.....each time he was unsuspended (the last unsuspension done by me) he promised to be good and not get suspended. he fucked up a bunch of threads last week and i asked him to stop and edit out what he did. i gave him a warning and he told me he would quit doing it but yet he went to another section and did it again.
