I never really played RCT3 because there were a lot of problems with it, and a whole lot of things that bugged me, but it looks like the new expansion pack that just came out has really addressed all of my concerns. Plus it adds some really awesome water park stuff that is incredibly fun to play with. I've been playing it the last couple days, and it's pretty addicting. it ran terribly on my computer so i got rid of it. i liked the differences between 2 and 3, but i couldnt play with em cause it was too choppy.

i hear you, but when the original Roller Coaster Tycoon game came out, it murdered any of Bullfrog's crap...

i think RCT was as slept-on as GTA... both so underrated games. I first found a demo of GTA I think in 1996?

same here. I was addicted to the first RCT and how easy it was. This one just seemed like it was trying too hard. I really wanted to get into this one but it was shit on my computer.

My latest project, with a lot of work still to be done:



Once I am completely finished with the track I will go back and put back all of the trees that were removed.



Most of the ride should be low to the ground and between the trees.



The finale section dives under the midway a few times.



There are 10 underground tunnels.



S-turn by the river at the end of the ride.

What exactly does the Soaked expansion add? I can only find RCT 3 without it.

The main thing it adds is waterparks. You can build a variety of slides and pools and water related stuff. There's also a bunch of new flat ride and coaster types.

RCT was so very addictive. I quit within a week because I recognized it was a complete waste of time, but then again so are all games.
