i have two things i want to do in outlook

the first is a problem - either autoarchive or I fucked up and in my archived sent mail folder, there's 4 copies of certain mails before a certain date. is there some sort of macro i can write to find these duplicates and delete them? Or just do press del 3 times, down, del 3 times, etc. again and again?

the second is more of a repeated event that i always do. certain mail i receive on a certain account is read over and then i select important ones to forward on to another e-mail address - always with the same subject and using the same account. can i automate this process? like if i select 3-4 e-mails that day and click a button, it will take the selected ones and make a new message with the subject and To fields filled out? even if it can't do the selection bit, if it can make a new message using these filled-in parameters on the click of a button, it would make things quicker for me.
