somewhat goes along with the job idea. I just think that there should be a job/company database listed by major. like, there could be a list of employers who would possibly hire an electrical engineer, then there would be the list with companies who are actually hiring... the list of those who aren't hiring would just give everyone an idea of what's out there and maybe they could approach the company instead of the other way around. just an idea

I think that is an awesome idea. Split the listings into two categories... full timecarrer type jobs and part-time jobs!
