I tried to set up Mail.app (Tiger 10.4.2) to read mail on my work. For some reason, it "subscribed" to my inbox _as well as every other file in my home directory_ (and there're a lot of them cuz it's a Linux and those files include .*)
Why is that happening? I see that some mail files (Sent, ...) are placed directly in my home directory. Does this make Mail.app think everything in the home directory is mail? 8/18/2005 12:25:21 PM |

Mine is doing the exact same thing, using IMAP on Progress Systems servers. I tried deleting and re-adding the accounts, but it didn't help any. It works in Thunderbird and in Entourage. 8/18/2005 9:19:45 PM |
