Mind of Mencia, Carlos' new show on Comedy Central is the result of years of hard work. This show is based on Carlos' unique point of view and is presented in the format of current events, man-on-the-street interviews, commercial parodies, and audience participation. Carlos was also the Headlining Anchor of the Three Amigos Comedy Tour performing with, Pablo Francisco and Freddy Soto. ^^umm... exactly, they have openers, my buddy saw them in atlanta, said they didn't start their skits till almost 11 because they had like 3 or 4 opening comedians for a show that started at 9 o'clock. i think he said the line up was openers, soto, pablo, and carlos, with a story session at the end like on blue collar comedy tour. show didn't end till like 1 or sometime really late like that.

but, if ya want to call that playing second banana, fine, whatever. i know i love both of them but i would definetly pay more to see carlos than pablo because carlos has so much more material.

about the only skit of his that i found to be lacking in much material was his last comedy central special, everything else is pretty damn funny. if you can find a copy of his show at the brea improv a few years back, usually pretty easy to find on kazaa, don't believe it was released on a label, and can tell me with a straight face that you did not laugh your ass off then you have no sense of humor.

then again, no comedian is for everyone.
