For some reason the title of my y-axis doesn't fit in the text box, and when i try to resize it, it won't resize as i drag the thing. Its a simple task but i don't know why it won't resize the textbox. I click on the bullets to stretch out the box like you would when you are expanding a picture, but it doesn't recognize it when i click on the bullets on the textbox outline. Understand my question? Whats goin on?

You can't change the size, it's a bug in Excel.

Here's a workaround:
*Type your title in a worksheet cell.
*Click your graph.
*Type "=" (without the quotes)
*Click the cell that contains your long title.
*Press "Enter". A textbox containing your title will appear in the graph.
*Right-click the textbox, choose "Format Textbox". From there, click the "Alignment" tab to change the orientation.
*Drag the text box where you want it.
