So...

- She bit her husband
- She's obviously drunk (when you claim you aren't drunk and no one has asked you how much you've had, you are drunk)
- She won't get out of the car until threatened with the taser
- She won't comply with officer's orders
- She seems to have taken a swing at him while getting out, or at least lunged at him


Is there any question of whether she deserved it?

I know she was acting like a crazy bitch in all, but even with non compliance they should have given her the maranda rights and gone through the correct procedure. I didn't hear the words "you are under arrest" at all. Its funny too, when you look at it again, the first black guy that said she bit me or something stop talking abruptly and says "Is she Bitchin? followed by an awkward pause. Then the cop goes directly to her and tells her to get out of the car. A few minutes later a big black cop has his hands on her. She's obviously pissed off but she's also scared and hesitant since the cop is twisting her arm behind her and got a pressure pinch on her neck. All this recklessness is climaxed when shes screaming on the ground "What do you think, I cant Fucking Move!" as the cop is constantly saying "Stay right there" as he still holding the taser in his hand. P.S. it looks like to me he's still juicing her since you see a flourecent blue light coming from the cords of the taser. But thats just my interpretation.

Its ok to slap around dumb bitches but this wasn't warrented I dont think. She can sue, and a good lawyer can get her some serious cash for this.

The cop said "She bit you?" and the guy showed him where. He never said bitchin'...

The black cop also said you are under arrest, very clearly, two times. He only shocked her once during the initial shot. He still had the leads hooked to her but there is a sighting light that comes out of the front of the gun (like a flashlight, that's the blue you see) and often a laser so the cop can aim it properly. You can't keep continuous juice flowing into the person. These things run off batteries. They deliver a 5 second shock that can be delivered again, but not continuous.
