there are actually a couple plans that I've seen for unlimited data

Verizon's explicitly forbids VoIP though... and in fact pretty much else...

yeah verizon has it, but what it calls broadband must have a pretty loose definition

400-700kbps / 2mbps burstable they claim

does anyone have, say, actual experience with it?

The biggest problem with cellular broadband is horrible reliability in packet delivery, which voice traffic is highly sensitive to.

All the bandwith in the world won't matter with high latency and jitter.

i meant 300, weird

that was just regular connection, never tried the EV-DO at the airport
