This woman should really stay off the Sunday morning talk shows until she takes a refresher course in "Bush Attacks 101" from a true expert like pryderi. The GOP talking heads will have a field day this week...

Her and Sen. Vitter were on one of the Sunday morning talk shows today. She basically took the Democrat's standard "Louisiana and New Orleans governments were flawless. I blame Bush!" response to everything, mixed in with the same John Kerry-ness that got her pwnt by Anderson Cooper...and got repeatedly throttled by the moderator.

mine? or TGDs?
Mine wass made because the GOP is the first to say why a particular group is evil rather than saying what they would do better. If you watched the last Republican National Convention you would see that. There was no optimisim. It was nothing but partisan attacks. 9/11/2005 1:19:13 PM |

[no], that was her embarassingly feeble "Please leave me alone now" response after getting intellectually raped over and over again like a $2 political whore.
Ask MathFreak if you don't understand, he has some experience in that arena.9/11/2005 2:15:54 PM |

I hate partisan politics in general.
I still say we need a viable 3rd party that removes everyone in office. But of course then those people would also be bought off by the same interests that bought off the current round of politicians. 9/11/2005 6:21:16 PM |

This whole situation was a massive clusterfuck by NO, La, and Washington DC for the same fucking reason all this finger pointing is going on.
For fucks sake. How much more of a joke does the world's remaining superpower have to become before we gets some competence in governance across the board. 9/11/2005 6:30:38 PM |

I'm pretty certain there is plenty of blame to go around: the feds, the state, the city, and the victims. Personally, I'm holding the federal gov't accountable because they are the ones raiding my paycheck. 9/11/2005 7:25:25 PM |

i liked after whatever criticism she made of the fed and fema, the guy asked her for supporting evidence and she did the "well, theres plenty of evidence out there, ask any reporter, blah blah blah" not backing up her statement at all.
and how right after she said we need to stop playing the blame game, she blamed bush and fema
oh, and the part where she blamed the govt for cellphone service being unavailable.
