i set my clock on my laptop, now its suppose to be like near 1pm but the clock says 10:30. its happened a few times. like my laptop is going in slowmotion.

what to do.

replace the bios battery maybe

battery could be bad or just loose. could try to take it out and put it back in just to reseat it and make sure its in right.

and sometimes when i right click to bring up that menu deal, its invincible until i actually scroll over it and then it shows all the "menu".

could that be related?

maybe it's in pacific time and set to auto update from the time server.
