got a question for ya, i fi have insurance on a phone the sony s710 and i sold the phone could i say i lost it and get abother phone, without gettin in trouble? i mean do they have some sort of tracking device in the phone?? its a cingular phone?

i would think you would be straight as long as the other user just plugs in his sim and goes to town
