Into The Blue

'Into the blue' is a sexy thriller. The movie opens with Jared (Walker), a scuba diving instructor, who's just been fired. living in a trailer with his girlfriend Sam (Alba), trying to fix his boat to find unburied treasures. When Jareds' rich friend, Bryce (Caan), arrives on the island with his new fling Amanda (Scott) they take his boat and go diving in the beautiful waters off the Bahamas. What they find will lead to adventure and possibly paradise...or death...

The whole camera phone ban is so stupid, how am I gonna find my friends to sit with if I can't bring my phone to call them. Like a camera phone is going to be responsible for the downfall of a movie at the theaters, cuz so many ppl bootleg using them....

my phone can only record in 30 sec. incriments..and after doing that like 20 times the battery is so drained it just dies

but guys, if we all band our camera phones together, i think we could edit our 30 sec clips into a finished product and distribute this masterpiece of a movie all over the internet. if the movie is 110 minutes, it would only require 220 of us to be "in" on this. the rest of the audience would be completely unsuspecting.

2) ...

99% of bootleg movies are usually internal theft ... they've got security in the projector booth(s) as well. Small price/inconvinience to pay for a free movie.

The camera phone ban comes from the studios, and applies to all advanced screenings.

Personally, I've never seen a phone that can record a feature length movie at high quality.

But, I guess the movie companies know better than me...
