Not supported, but dell said it should work.
Why XP you ask? Don't want to pay for server edition software that we don't need.
I run into problems when XP looks for the scsi raid drivers. Tried windows 2000 and got the same thing.

Anyone know a way around this. I'm probably going to just get 2000 server.
