is there any way to burn more than 70 minutes of video onto a VCD that will play in a DVD player? I swear I did it one time, but I can't figure out how now.

you can overburn to like 84ish minutes depending on the disc and the burner.

in nero you have to enable overburn in the advanced options in the preferences menu
