I have a cousin in DC who always has a problem with his computer and he doesnt know anything and we always end up spending hours on the phone trying to fix the problem

its called Remote Assistance, it's built into Windows XP.

Real or Tight VNC
And mstsc/RDP/Remote Desktop Connection

I haven't ever used it with dial-up, but it promises to be significantly slower. It'll still probably be usable - just not for long periods of time. 9/26/2005 11:02:20 AM |
