^It's so miniscule, though. It's like one more vietcong getting added to the body count. If body count were a metric of success, then the benefit might be more than miniscule.

The answer is that it doesn't translate at all. It's inherently pointless to rank terror personalities because the phenomenon is grassroots and amorphous. It's like punching water.

Does taking this guy out do anything fundamentally attack the terror movement? Absolutely not.
