So here's one:
I got this Dell Inspiron, neat laptop. I can't however get it to share files with the other computers on the network, and It can't read shared files from da other computers on da network. Additionally, when IP config tells me the IP address on this computer is, eg. 192.168.0.104, it will get no Ping response in the cmd prompt. However, I can get ping response from the callback address 127.0.0.1, and the other 3 computers on da network.

What's the deal? i.e. what must I do?
