can someone please tell me how i can find my dns address? im trying to set up a network connection for my tivo and i dont know where to find it.

most likely you're actually wanting the address of a dns server... if you're running XP or 2K, go to run, type cmd and press enter, type ipconfig /all and hit enter...everything should be there that you coudl possibly need

do you not have a router with DHCP?? your tivo should autoconfigure with the right addresses unless you're doing everything manually..
