there's sites like transferbigfiles.com, yousendit.com , rapidshare.de, and uploadtemple.

i'm looking for something with most of these specs:
-html upload and html download (and allow to delete through a specially crafted link if possible)
-must be secure and private enough to transfer sensitive data (multiple login accounts if possible)
-I want to pay for a hosted service so the company has a legal liability
-Of course unlimited upload/dl, large file support, and good speeds

know of any?

already have one of those but the users are complaining about our speed caps but we have to have them in place or our bandwidth limits would be reached too quickly

i'm looking for something they can use to transfer files quickly and with minimal charge (i.e. i don't have to pay for that much of the bandwidth or speed)

your only hope in that regard is going with an unmetered server. However after the news of the cogent and l3 routing bitchfests, that may present some problems to end users.

But check out http://www.ev1servers.net/hosting/unmetered.asp or other similar colocation hosts. You can find em for 150-200 a month usually. But again, I'd read up on the thread already posted here in tech talk, because unmetered aint gonna be around for much longer, which is going to royally fuck a LOT if not ALL of these download services.
