I'm looking for a utility that will draw a grid overlay pattern on my screen, for the purposes of arranging icons, dialogs, graphics, etc.

I had one such similar program back in the day for my PocketPC development, but I cant seem to find one in Google.

The functionality I'm looking for is similar to the GridGo widget for Konfabulator (http://www.widgetgallery.com/view.php?widget=36525)

Anyone know of a similar program?

just curious here - what exactly are you trying to layout so precisely that you aren't going to be moving? The Desktop "align to grid" isn't good enough for your icons?
If you're trying to build a GUI application in .NET or something, all the VisialX studios have their own grid/alignment functionality.

the problem I'm having is that i'm building dialogs in InstallShield, in which the dialog editor is a piece of shit.
