I got an email about two job openings for TNBC. Thought I pass it along.

Quote :
"If anyone knows of someone (local or willing to move to the area) looking for a job we have two for new or recent college grads...

1) HTML SQL and VB developer. This is a contract position but is for new college grads and will be long term. Great client (Fortune 100) ~we can accept H1 candidates for this position

2) Junior Java developer. Person needs to have at least 1 if not more expeirence as a paid java person. This is a permanent position with excellent pay and benefits.~We cannot accept H1 candidates for this position.

Both positions are with the same company located in down town Winston Salem. Please send any of your friends or contacts who might be interested my way!

Thanks!

Not sure, I don't work for them. (I'm a designer for Hanes) she just happen to forward along this email to several people. I figured this might be a good place to post it.

I think H1 has to do with immigration status, but I could be wrong

International students come to study in the US on an F1 visa. To stay in the US beyond 12 months after graduation, they need to be sponsored by an employer. The H1B is an employer sponsored visa that is good for 7 years.
