I'm not lookin' for high quality jack o'lantern material here, just pumpkins for test cutting. Anyone know of place that sells or gives away rejects? Or when pumpkin vendors get rid of what's left over after Halloween?

I took 4 from Harris Teeter today, just pull your car up and put em in the trunk. If any of the peeps that work there ask you what you're doing just tell em you already paid inside and you're just loading them.

just act cool and pretend you're pulling out your receipt, they won't really check it.

Thats pretty fucked up, I am worried about the world we live in today if people steal pumpkins.

Seconded.

If they don't care enough about their decorative, perishable pumpkins to secure them with a booby trap, they don't deserve to not have them stolen.

Nah. European martial arts are just as badass as Asian martial arts.

Well, I ended up getting around a hundred pumpkins for $10. Not too bad.
