The LEAST we can expect from a coach is to stay the same from one season to the next. After coach Phillip left us, not only have we not stayed the same, we've been STEADILY declining season after season. That is a coaching/staff problem.

It's got to do with managing talent, the man is a salesman, not a manager.

If I didn't care if we won or loss I wouldn't voice any opinions. I'm not worried about barely sneaking into a bowl this year. now this is unsubstantiated bullshit. No one would ever make a coaching change if this were the case. The fact of the matter is that if you find the right coach, you pay little or no penalty and the gains outweigh the losses. This is, after all, why people can and do make successful coaching changes.

Only a hippy fucking faggot thinks the status quo is the only workable option.
