I decided to use a template in Dreamweaver since I found one that met most of my organization requirements. I was just curious if anyone knows about citing the template or program if it's necessary or not and what is the proper way to do it. I have made changes to it and will continue to as I work on it more.

templates work good, for simple things. But I'm not sure what you mean by citing? You mean do you need to say, I got this template from DW? No.
