We're trying to choose between one of these companies (whose names were given to us by IBM) to do some work on something. Has anyone ever heard / had experiences with the following?

I also know that computer service partners is licensed and does a ton of IBM warranty work on servers, pcs, laptops etc...http://www.cspinc.com, off Nowell Rd. near the fairgrounds.
