Yay I get to see another pack game out in Kansas fucking City. All Big 12 shit around here. Big 12 sucks... except Texas... and Texas Tech... and Colorado...

I remember that nationally broadcast game on Thursday night in 2002... when we beat Clemson... badly and TA rushed for like a shit load of TDs (was it 5?) Ahh, the memories.

I suffered through the 99-00 and 00-01 basketball seasons, and that was always how that shit worked out. then again, I hear thats how NCSU sports always work, too one big ass letdown.

We are 15-8 on national television during the Amato era...we are 4-1 on the opponents field and 7-2 outside Carter-Finley. We are 11-8 on variations of ESPN, 2-2 on ESPN2 itself, and 1-4 in games broadcast in high-def. Im also 1-0 at being a tool for figuring all of that out.

Anyhow, as I said in the other thread, we need a list of places that will be showing the game in HD (not stretched analog cable) Saturday, preferably places where people are there to watch the game rather than check the score on occasion.

I have a feeling that we'll beat BC. They're playing bad football right now and we should be able to run all over them because their defense can't tackle for shit. It's painful watching their linebackers and db's trying to make tackles. Their offense is also struggling, so we should be able to handle them, even at BC.

Yeah, yeah, I know. Logically it makes (some) sense but I'm just not a great fan of the expansion. I'm just now getting OK with Florida State getting in.

Granted the rest of the ACC sucks in football compared to FSU, Miami, BC, and VT. None of those teams will consistently be in the hunt for basketball season though.

Sure, BC will be good this year. And Miami and VT will be mid-tier in the conference. This year.

Give it a couple of years, and they'll learn just how hard it is to be in the ACC and not be in the Big 4. Even Wake is going to have a very hard time recruiting, very soon.

i dont know about playing bad football overall, but the def did against UNC. and like you said, they couldn't tackle worth shit. Everyone was trying to arm-tackle and that shit don't work. Hopefully they don't fix that in practice this week.

I think it's hilarious that the Wal-marts nor the students showed up to watch that game over there last weekend (well, there was that one doucher with a Jordan jersey waving it around and shit, and he also had the most stereotypical tattoos I've ever seen in my life).
