Hasa anyone ever taking a ch201 and 202 class during the summer, If so how was the class, like was it really fast pase and i noticed that there are 2 labs per week, was it tedious having tha tmany labs that quickly.

i took it during the fall a few years ago and it was hard enough keeping up meeting 3X a week so you can imagine how fast it would be during the summer.

Regardless, summer classes do tend to be easier b/c they can't focus on everything like they do in a semester. I'd just plan on taking it by itself and you'll probably do fine. It also depends on who teaches it.

I took them both during the summer a few years ago. Yes, like all summer classes it was pretty fast paced. Having 2 labs a week wasn't that bad, you just have to be able to spend a lot more time with it each day than you would during the regular semester, but then again you have to do that with most summer classes anyways.

summer classes suck balls though. I had 12 hours one summer... sucked ass.

I took Calc1 over summer, and it was cakewalk, cause i already knew calc, though....


But having this course this semester, i cant imagine what the class would be like in summer... if you love chem and pick it up well, and dont have any other summer obligations, go for it.

otherwise, do it during regular semester.

i took 201 and 202 last summer and i thought the class was really long and the labs sucked but hey, it was only 5 weeks. and i had some teacher who let us take all our tests through webassign so you never had to study. it was a webassign due almost every day and a test almost every week, but again, its only 5 weeks.
