I have seen a few posts on this before but it happened to my friends car. He doesn't exactly know what it is. What would be the best way for him to get this off? Would waxing it help?

Assuming it's the same stuff that stained/ruined the car's paint jobs last year, I would suggest talking to the leasing office. At least one that I'm aware of had to be repainted cuz of that bullshit.

Really? Acid? How's that happening? Did the College Inn reiumburse the people?

Last year someone stole one of the fire extinguishers and sprayed a bunch of cars on the top level... that was a hassle.

They claimed they'd reimburse the people, and yes it damages the paint.

The fucking fire extinguishers and exit signs were stupid as hell last year - hope that doesn't happen again.
