Is that what he said. I remember the woman and I remember the 'interview' but I couldn't understand what he said.

She deserved it though. She was asking the stupidest questions and wouldn't go away. She might as well had asked him what the first 3 offensive plays of the second half were going to be - the questions were that bad. She followed him for a good while, I mean she was starting to cut into half time coaching time for pete's sake.

WOMAN: Did you notice anything in the Florida State defense that you will try to exploit in the second half?
AMATO: Yeah, should I tell you or should I go over and tell Bowden personally?

I think its the dumbest thing ever to interview a coach during a game. What does it possibly add to the game? What do they expect to hear?

"Um, yeah, we're going to run a lot in 2nd half, can you relay that message to the other team so they know what to stop? Thanks."

Its nothing but coach-speak. "We're not out of it...its a 60 minute game.....we need to get some points on the board....we have to do a better job in the red zone....yada yada yada."

What a joke. I like to hear stuff like Amato said. It makes dumbasses look like even bigger dumbasses. I know its her job to ask stupid questions, but thats her fault, not Amato's. I wish he'd say "yeah we need to give up a lot of yards. We need to let them score a lot of points. I think that will help."
If coaches keep saying shit like that, maybe the networks will realize we don't give a shit about hearing the coach say we need to be more successful.

Ask a stupid question and you get a stupid answer. I don't think she gets immunity simply b/c she's female.
