i am an avid gameday watcher.
Every saturday morning i watch it and every saturday morning i see someone with a Washington State Cougars flag?!?!?
Am i the only person who sees this flag everyweek no matter where gameday is at. There in Alabama this week and there's someone there waving the Washington State Cougars flag. WHY?!?!

^^^its an odd school to be die hard about cuz they've never been a bigtime program. they've had a few good years with Ryan Leaf but i'd expect this from like a tennessee, alabama, USC, or texas fan

i agree, i think it silly to say ohh its WSU why would they have die-hard fans. So one fan has the money to follow the game day crew, it doesn't mean that fan has to be fan of the BCS contenders.

but is it really one guy? ... or is it a person from a local group of wsu cougar fans? there are nc state fans in southern california, and if someone out in socal wanted to rep the red and white when usc is hosting gamday, it wouldn't be crazy.
i recall seeing that flag every saturday for the past three years. they probably organize it on one of their little message boards.

wsu has a very die-hard fanbase... think ncsu students (if the team was ranked all the time) without any restraint...

at least one huskie coach has feared for his life in that stadium (there's a quote from the coach before neiheisel [sp?] about it)
