I was talking about belief in government INVOLVEMENT and COMPLICITY in the 9/11 attacks, not mere "complacency" in the investigation of 9/11.

So, no...I would not qualify you as a "believer." Many, many people believe that a criminal element in the government was involved in the carrying out the attacks, and that the government has been actively covering up the truth since.

I CAN see the difference. I never said that having prior knowledge and intentionally failing to act to prevent the attacks was the same as planning and causing the attack. You seem to be trying to put words in my mouth.

Planning and causing the attack is more "involved" than just having knowledge and failing to act to prevent the attack. BUT, consciously/intentionally failing to act is still a very serious crime. That would mean that an element in the government ALLOWED the attacks to occur and is COMPLICIT in the attacks. And again, that is what around 50% of NYC residents believed according to that poll over a year ago. The number is probably much higher than that by now.
