Damn, that show's March 10! It looks like you paid for $77/seat tickets.

I might go to this, it's just a LOT of money. Are you going to the 7 or 9:30 show?

ya'll better hurry up

tickets went on sale today and the 7:00 show was already sold out by 10 am

and if you're gonna try (for the 9:30) pick a side from the options
everyone is trying to get the best seat online for the center, so there are plenty of good front area seats on the sides
and its not like a play or something where you need the best straight-on view

i can't wait

too bad its 3 fuckin months away

Section B, Row B, seat 5. 7:00

The Raleigh area is pretty much his perfect demographic. I dont think they planned on having a 9:30 show. I think the demand called for it. I scrambled to get 3 seats at 9 o'clock and it was tough...

^^ Had to sit alone. It wasnt the plan. I had to keep retrying my requests, and couldnt take the risk of missing my chance to see him again. Of course, its gonna be cool to sit right up on the stage. I actually flew myself and nasteeerr to the show in Spartanburg SC last year. We parked beside his jet, and flew out right after him.

Yeah. I'll be going with others but sitting without friends on the second row. No biggie for me. A long story, but I hate ticketmaster after this.

ha

i hate ticketmaster as well

they sent me tickets for a dave matthews concert at an ampitheater in texas, despite my confirmation page and information explicitly stating i ordered tickets for virginia beach

but i got some kickass seats as a makeup

but there was some doubt that i was going to even get the seats, which was treacherous cause i had bought half our groups tickets and was providing the lodging for all of our group (at my grammas)

so if i hadn't gotten makeup tix, half the group wouldn't have been able to go, and the other half wouldn't have had a place to stay

fuck ticketmaster (the vb ampitheater actually fixed the shit, i got to keep the texas tickets as well...)

Yep, good times were had by all, except when the bitch two seats over answered her damned CELL PHONE.

I think my favorite quote was from Mario Joyner:

"They have anytime minutes. How about anytime reception?"

A comedy show in a theater is a bit different than a normal comedy show.

At a comedy club, being in the front means you shorted your waiter at dinner/the guy who seated you, so he put you where the comics can see you and point out your faults for the benefit of the audience.

speaing of ticketmaster, they actualy did something good for me a couple days ago

i lost my tickets on the day of the concert (wilco in n. charleston), so i found the customer service number online and called, and they said you can just show up at the will call window with your id and credit card and order # and you'll get new tickets. everything went smoothly and we still got to see the show.

but they better do that for the damn $8 service charge per ticket.
