what brand of protein is it? some of the 'better tasting' stuff is ok with just water.
you can also throw a banana in there too if you have a blender

Water or milk.

And it tastes better if you don't use so much liquid. 4-6oz is more than enough. After that it tastes shittier and shittier the more liquid you add.

Oh yeah, stirring it makes it hard to get the clumps out. Get a "shaker" like the one included with this:

Ice, milk, peanut butter, ground flax seed, and a shit ton of chocolate syrup.

Instant coffee powder in place fo the PB works great too in the morning.

I use rice milk, frozen fruit, orange concentrate, milled flax seed or flax oil, cinnamon (lowers glucose), or add a fresh banana (raises glucose a bit), egg white (if you are going for more protein), cocoa powder (not sweetened, very good for you), stevia for sweetner... Lots of other things can be added.

Yeah, I just used mine about 15 minutes ago. It rules. There is a Vitamin Shoppe in Briar Creek that you can get them at.

"Screnthy" is the way my people pronounce the word "strengthy." You would understand if you were from Rocky Mount.

i usually use skim milk, frozen strawberries/ice, and a banana. food lion usually has their frozen strawberries on sale.

Fuck, a shaker, I never had thought of that. I spend hours stirring in the whey mix to get it to turn into liquid form from a gelationous ball.

sometimes i take it in the powder form. other times i just use some milk. fat free organic.

or some lactose free.
