that happened to me when my cpu was close to my monitor. move other electronics away from the screen and increase the monitor's refresh rate and it should fix that.

i sit my cellphone next to my monitor at work bc i turn it to silent, so i can see it light up if i get a call. my monitor goes wavy when it is about to ring. i feel like im psychic sometimes.

right click on desktop, go to properties, settings, advanced, monitor, refresh rate ++. see if that works

Use Degause on it. Static electricity does that to older monitors.

I once had a pair of unshielded 8" Cerwin Vega shelf speakers on either side of my monitor, and when I turned up my music loud enough the screen would wave and shake with the beat
