well considering there are several hundred pages worth of software that you would have to compare, why not ask for people's favorites and get their opinion.

I want opinions on software that converts mp3's to m4a or mp4, would be best if the software could also edit the file to cut down the size.

iTunes will convert audio to mp4, but why would you want to convert already compressed mp3s to compressed mp4s? You are just losing more sound quality that way.

regardless of what ernie said in the other thread which i didnt care to read, hes somewhat right in the fact that a simple google or download.com search gave me over a dozen programs, that since i was bored, i dl the first few and all worked perfectly.

^which ones did you use, all the good ones I saw that converted to mp4, and m4a cost $$, and I wanted to get some opinions before I bought. I already sorted through alot the programs, but I just wanted some opinions from people who have used the software before. I didn't need this google or seach shit response.

^^Yeah I need to cut down on the size of the files as well as the quality. These edited files will be put on to my cell phone, apparently my phone doesn't like mp3's.
