Better than usual- at least personally. For once, I wasn't totally broke every day of my life. Usually, the only kind of luck I have is bad luck, but this year, it was pretty good.

This semester has been pretty eventful...
On the downside my car has broken down a ton for weeks at a time which is difficult while living off campus, as has my computer, and I banged my foot on some stairs and lost a toenail which is slowly coming back. Without a car, the ability to easily walk, or use the internet/computer this semester has been trying at many points. All those things are better or on their way to being better though.

I also did some stuff with the philosophy club and some other groups, got to be vice president of my fraternity's alpha chapter, got through a few difficult classes, got an undergraduate research grant in philosophy, & applied to grad schools for a PhD in philosophy.

Overall I consider this semester a sucess. It has set up the next semesters defining points well. I'll get grad school acceptance letters in march, I'll present my research findings in the late spring, and I'm nearly done with undergrad and will graduate at the end of this spring semester.

i divide up my years as academic years alot more than I do in terms of actual years. the new year is more of a midterm progress report. my senior year of college has definitely been my most accomplished year thus far.

i thought it was a decent year, but i figure any year that i don't get maimed or die a terrible death is a overall decent one.

i've hung out with friends, got some stuff that i needed, worked on some cars, touched boobs, etc...

pretty much what i've wanted to do.
