I actually agree with theone
First off, in the pros there is going to be a heck of a lot faster linebackers and DE's to prevent him from getting to the outside like he did much of this season and a few times tonight.
Second, Vince Young totally stole the show and outdid Bush (and Leinart I might add)
Third, I actually think White had a better game than Bush and showed more potential tonight.

Seriously, Bush's game is built on 1 thing - SPEED. In the NFL defenses are faster. Bush still makes a great kick off, punt return man. Stick him at WR he can be the next Steve Smith. BUT he is not the next Barry Sanders by any means.

One thing I hate when they throw up Bush numbers are the combined yards that take into account kickoffs. Every KR he catches adds a minimum of 20 yards and that stacks up quick.

All backs need holes to be as good as people are expecting bush to be. The best backs use their blocking and wait for holes to develop. No one is going to mistake him for Mike Alstott or Jerome Bettis. But damn, I think I should just say "Football 101" and leave it at that.

All this game did was make Young more likely to end his career at Texas on a high note.

I don't think Reggie Bush can possibly live up the expectations that have been set for him, they're just too high. I don't even think he'll be the best RB next year out of this class, if only based on the fact that he'll be a Texan.

I'm actually hoping LenDale comes out and the Panthers get him, would fit our running style nicely, smash-mouth football.

Lendale White looked like a strong back, but lets not forget he was basically going untouched on those plays...

I love his style and i think he'd be a good fit in Carolina, but he's no sure thing at the next level.

Well there has to be a hole to run through somewhere in the defense, buddy, or you're not gonna create shit. Running lanes don't magically appear out of a running back's ass. If there's nowhere to run then there's nowhere to run - except for backwards

Now if you're talking about vision to see alternate holes and cutback lanes, then yes, successful NFL backs have to be able to do this. And Bush does this pretty damn well.
