ok this is the prob. 2 (maybe 3) semesters ago i took TED 122 Metals Technology. i found that from my degree audit, i pretty much forgot which section it goes under.

the semester i took the class was the last time they had it as just a metals class. from what i heard and saw on tracks they seemed to have combined the metals class with the wood and ceramics class to make one TED class (some 300 level class).

now, my TED 122 shows up in my non-degree courses. which only my classes that i withdrew from show up. im a BLS major.

ive gotta take 2 history classes next semester, one which is under my humanities and social sciences section. and i requested a class change. i havnt heard/seen anything yet. i figured during the winter break they probably dont do much.

my Q is that should my TED 122 class be in the place of a humanities and social sciences elective?? i came to a conclusion that since the class is no longer offered that they just threw it in the non degree section.

i want to be lazy and not take an extra history class.
please help

Your advisor will have to do a manual substitution if this is the case. There *should* be some old physical copies in your advisor's office which will list whether or not the course can substitute a HSS course.

Degree audits are fairly good about placing courses, but sometimes miss the simplest things. What is your degree key and #?

let me look it up. Degree code is helpful, but being able to see you in the degree code (with your credits, is helpful and can help an adviser answer accurately. Can you remind me of your name or student id in a PM? thx
