Ok, so heres the story (sorry kinda long), anyways i was on my way to school this morning and i was stopped at a red light like 4 cars back, light turned green we ALL proceded to go until the guy in front of me decided to slam on his breaks, so of course i hit him.. I got out and talked to him, he insisted on calling the police, and when he was on the phone with them he said he was in urgent need of medical care...(are u kidding me), the guy was out of his car walking around fine. Two minutes later, firetrucks, ambulance, and 3 RPD squad cars come rolling up like it was bombing, and then all of the sudden guess what happen...poor lil reggie couldnt get out of his car, he was to hurt. The EMT's, and firefighers thought it was pertty amuzing, and knew he wasnt hurt. 2 other witnesses gave me there cards, saving they knew he didnt it on purpose, and they saw him walking around/etc and that they would vouch for this in court. This guy is just trying to get a quick buck...

Moral: Still got a ticket, and cant wait to get sued, u messed with the wrong boy...

His car, u can see the massive amounts of damage, i must have hit time goin 100mph..

ben i had the same thing happen to me....except it was a fat white woman...we were sitting at a stoplight and my foot slipped off the brake...it was my fault but the two cars barely made contact...needless to say she got out of her car looked at the back said "it's scratched" called said there had been a wreck on the highway please sent a car immediately....of course she was back in her car by the time he got there and had driven away by the time i found out about her "neck". I told the cop she had been out walking around and he was prob. like 23 so he laughed and was all like "yea...i wiped her 'scratch' off with my finger...but b/c she complained of pains i'm afraid i'm required to write you a ticket" haha the whole thing was ridiculous...but i never did hear from her again..

i'd turn the tables on that motherfucker and try to to sue him for a quick buck. i generally hate frivolous lawsuits, but this dude has it coming to him...fuck him over good. go out of your way to hook people up whenever you can, but go out of your way to be as combative as possible and fuck them to the greatest possible extent if they deserve it.


on a semi-related note:

i got kicked out of the gym here on base last night, and i think the guy from the gym is gonna call up my command. the thing is, i didn't do anything wrong (just had on headphones and didn't hear them announce that the gym had closed. this one guy was all pissy and asked for my name and command. i was cool with him until he started being rude, then I kinda snapped at him)...so they're just gonna roll their eyes. i'm gonna try to get the XO to call this guy back and tell him to stop acting like a 15 year old girl with PMS (he's a grown-ass middle aged man).

then i'm gonna make him tell me his name and supervisor's contact info, so i can turn the tables on him.

i hate dumbasses who like to fuck with people, and i love to do bad things to bad people (hell, that's part of why i'm in the line of work i'm in...so i can kill people who suck!)

One of my friends in high school rear ended another guy from my school. The guy jumped out of the car and started jumping up and down screaming "Look at my car, look what you did. blah blah blah." Running around acting like he was all pissed off. Sure enough, when the paramedics got there he was soooo injured (despite the fact that he had been jumping around like a monkey two minutes before.)

And a few months later the guy that was rear ended got a new M3.

The moral of the story is that shitty people do come out on top. Never forget that.

Thank God the Raleigh PD has a part on the accident report they file that makes them give an on site estimate to how much damage was done to your car and everyone elses that was involved, thats something that may come in handy...

i would have to disagree. if someone pulls out in front of you, when you obviously cannot stop/switch lanes then it can't be your fault.

nothing in your power could stop you from hitting them, save for them not being a dumbass and pulling out in front of you.

this has never happened to me, but to a buddy w/ a mustang. that shit sucked for him and i hope i'm never in that situation.

I rear-ended someone in Charlotte several years back.
Coming through Harrisburg in a commercial truck.

We were in the left lane and a guy pulled in front of my truck and slammed on the breaks to make a left turn.
I stopped my truck about 3" behind his bumper. However, another one of our trucks (which was heavier) couldn't stop in time.

Police didn't even write us a ticket -- The other guy was liable for his damage, and we were for ours (which sucked), but it was better than us covering his. We fucked his lumina up (tossed it across 2 lanes of on-coming traffic).

about 2 weeks ago on capital some bitch pulled out and crossed 2 lanes and got right into mine at the last second without even bothering to speed up...

I locked it down and managed to only tap her car in the ass. What really set me off was that she tried to run...I caught up to her and made her pull over, got her about scared shitless and let her go.
