I understand the Princeton Style offense. I know you simply didnt have the atheletes the other schools did when you came here and the princeton offence was the only way we could compete. But things are changing. We are getting much better recruits than years past. We have two big men who can dominate. We are also graduating some of the keys to the current offense. Next year, lets consider an offense that will not completely break down when the game is on the line or when we are losing. Lets move to a more run and gun type offense similar to most ACC schools. With that said, lets win the ACC tournament this year!

I want NC State to return to its glory days as being the dominant power in the ACC. I simply dont think we can do it with this offense. I understand its use, but its time we grow out of it, which we are starting to do. But with the talent of the past 2 classes and the one coming in next year, its time to make the full change next year.

This game had the most different offense that I have seen over the past 4 years. With that said, we needed to hit more threes. When Duke makes more than you take, there is no way that you are going to keep up with them. Either cut down their 3s or make more of your own. The inside game worked, but not enough to keep up with Duke's perimeter game.

Good game though pack, pretty good showing in Cameron compared to years past.

I support the strategy. The 3's were not there. I'd rather give it down low to Ced than jack up low percentage 3's just because NCSU fans think its "necessary".

Its NOT THE PRINCETON OFFENSE ANYMORE YOU DUMBASS...If we lose its because we suck now...stop blaming the coaching staff or the offense. We have not lost a game yet this year as a result of the princeton offense. Its a normal offense with a few princeton sets. VASTLY DIFFERENT.

We scored 42 points against Iowa because we turned the ball over every other time we got it. That wasnt even the result of a princeton esque offense.

Yep.

We've been fixing a lot of the early problems as the season has progressed--better inbounds plays, better rebounding, stronger moves to the basket. Next step: stop falling apart when you're down a few points at the end. They did fine when they were down 7 in the first half, but then they freak out after that 6-point play with 5 minutes left in the 2nd half.
