Its a nitric oxide supplement thats supposed to give you a 24 hour pump. Ive used the NO-Explode by the same company which I like alot, which they say you can get even better results with when used in conjunction with Nitrix. Just wonderin if anyone else has tried them and could say if the stuff was worth the money.

you talking about energy or what? Or do you want a 24 hour post-workout "pump" so you can walk around without a shirt for 24 hours straight. 1/18/2006 10:42:08 PM |

From what i understand, the "pump" is from the dialated blood vessels, serving the purpose of allowing more nutrients to get to the muscle which in turn makes them grow more efficiently. Id rather hear someone say that they've had a noticeable benefit from it though than going on what the label says. 1/18/2006 10:58:20 PM |

i'd say try creatine monohydrate if you haven't tried it already. I'm always a little weary of trying nitrix and stuff like that for health risks but no long term creatine side effects have been documented as far as i've researched. Creatine will give you a real good pump especially right after you start using it. Given that initial pump is mostly water retention, it speeds recovery time and can lead to some good gains in regards to size and strength. 1/18/2006 11:37:20 PM |
