depends on your priorities - if you don't need a micro-camera, something like the sony DSC-W7 or canon A620 take very good pictures.
if you absolutely need a small camera, the canon sd 500 or 550 would probably be your best bet 1/23/2006 8:21:10 PM |

i'm using an sd500 now... retail prices just dropped on it so you should be able to get it online for around $300... good pics for a small camera. sd400 is a bit thinner and cheaper though also 1/23/2006 8:32:21 PM |

It really depends on how you are going to use it?
Are you going to carry it around in a pocket to take snapshots, or are you going to need lots of zoom to take pics of far away objects (landscape, etc)?
