83pack.com says that Quail Ridge Books use to sell it. Not sure if they still exsist, but you could go by there and I'm sure they will have some answers

Quail Ridge Books will exist for ever. It's Raleigh's best pretentious bookshop, other than Reader's Corner when it's staffed by MonkeyMorman.
