so i pulled my bumper partly off at the gym today. some guy parked super close to me and angled so i had to roll forward a little bit to get out, when i did my bumper got hooked on the concrete. When I backed out it pulled one of the many large wafer like attachments out. It appears I am going to have to remove the entire bumper to put it back on correctly. Paint is chipping all over now. This fucking sucks, Pics to come.

Its an e39 bmw btw, if anyone has experience in taking them off and would be willing to help. I found a write up but its always good to have someone experienced with you.
