I know i can get them online and at the bookstore, but is anyone trying to raise money by selling them for less than $30? If so, I would like to buy one, send me a pm.

Thanks.

You can get "entertainment" books at the gas station for five bucks. Its the magazine shelf thats either behind or to the right of the cashier.

zenobia, do some Google searching for discounts on these. I got mine for my area for $20 and free shipping. I'll see if I can't find something later this weekend ... I would like to buy one for Charlotte as a gift for somebody.

I got mine from a school fundraiser... but that was back in November when the '06 books came out. The online people kept trying to get me to get another one from them (it's my little sister's school fundraiser... and i had registered last year's book) for cheaper and cheaper prices... if you don't find someone doing a fundraiser, I could look into seeing if I could still get one for <$30.

Okay, what the heck are we even talking about? A $30 coupon book? They're usually free.

They're actually duping you into spending money you wouldn't spend in the first place. It may be a "bargain," but it would be an even better bargain if you didn't spend any money at all.

but the point is, people DO go out and spend money on a regular basis. want to go out to eat, may as well go to a place giving you buy one get one or something

If you go to a steakhouse at least once a year, it pays for itself.
If you go out to eat once a month, and like to try new places to eat, it pays for itself.

This isn't one of those wolfpack dollar saver books either. Smath, if you know of a better place to find the same copuons, let us know plz.

I had one last year. Probably saved $200-300.

We would have went out once a week for food with or without coupons. You've gotta eat and TNSTAAFL.

i bought some subway coupons from some azn bitch for 20 bux. had 4 free 6" subs so thats over half of it right there. were like 8 or more buy one get one free coupons. subway just became the new cheap place to get lunch (split the cost of 1 with a friend).

saved an assload and they were good for 1 year so it isnt like i burned out on subway.

going to lunch was a blast. get a friend to willingly go half in half (they would usually be glad to pay more than half the price of 1 (whatever the place sold) and wed both eat. there are also a few outright few coupons if you look well enough.
