if you know you are only going to be in Raleigh for one semester next year....also are there any apartment complexes close to NCSU that would let you lease for only the fall semester?

yeah but bend over before they tell you how much rent they charge for a lease terminating in december.

rent from someone who privately owns... if you look in the technician there have been listings for 3, 6, and 12 mo leases... it's really not all that uncommon... particularly if you aren't especially picky.

Check the Classifieds section of this website and look for ppl wanting subleasers. However, you're not going to get a guaranteed place this far in advance either way. Start looking in May and start applying in June/July.

i did a 6 month lease in the 3 story apt. building on hillsborough where morgan st. splits off, above the royal mart and the bike shop and the tattoo place

anyway, i found what i wanted by driving around and looking and writing down phone numbers and calling them. it works wonders.

Wolf Village on campus. If you aren't a student anymore they have to let you out of the lease.
