i'm trying to think of a band that i would say "thats my desert island band" or "thats my favorite band ever"

in college i would have readily said "dave matthews band"
but they haven't put anything out that i've really enjoyed in like 5 years

some of these pop punk bands might do it for me, like especially (old lineup) Taking Back Sunday or Brand New, but i wouldn't ever say either was my favorite

i'd be hesitant to say bright eyes/conor himself is my favorite just because i don't listen quite enough

i only like circa survive/(original lineup)saosin because of anthony greene

bloc party is too new...
