whether it be figure skating, gymnastics, diving, or pool or whatever other artsy sport things or girl sports there are that exists

I hate it more when they throw them in on men's games, it feels like they are meeting a status quo, they just don't belong. There is no place in basketball or football for the female commentators that are in the field, I'm not saying that no female could ever be a worthy commentator in my eyes, but I have yet to see'hear one that did a decent job and din't piss me the fuck off.

mary carillo is damn good. navrotolova (sp?) isn't too shabby either. actually i like most of the former tennis player commentators. most of them seem pretty articulate and they obviously know the game.

i have nothing against sideline reporters

they're only there for looks and they only talk for less than a minute at a time

its the commentators who complain and pick out every bad thing during a performance and totally ruin the viewing experience

all i want to do is watch what's happening and at most have someone explain what's going on

if someone messes up i can go "oh they messed up!" or "that wasn't supposed to happen!" or "that looks like it hurt!"

i don't need someone saying "they should have done that better, that ruined the whole routine..." or "they did that wrong, they should have points deducted from their score....i hope they have points deducted..."

not only is it bad commentating, but it says a lot about girls

Half the time I never notice anything that went wrong but the fucking b!tch says

"Oh wow...they totally ruined any chance they had there...looks like they just stop concentrating. I don't think they really wanted it...no passion. Its too bad they wont get a medal. I really hope this next pair destroys them."

And while she says this I think "It looked alright to me, but what the fuck do I know about skating."
